About the Service
Is deleting files or formatting enough?
No. Deleted files and formatted drives are recoverable with free software. Only a certified wipe or physical destruction removes data permanently.
What happens to my device after I send it?
Every device is logged, wiped or destroyed, and issued a Certificate of Data Destruction. Working devices are given away free to people who need them. Non-working devices are responsibly recycled.
Do you come to us, or do we send the device to you?
Both. Ship your device to us from anywhere in Thailand, or request a pickup for Bangkok addresses. Office collection is available for corporate bulk jobs of 50+ devices.
How long does it take?
Standard jobs are processed within 2-3 business days. Rush service is available for an additional ฿300.
Can I get my device back after wiping?
Yes. Choose the wipe-and-return option. Your device comes back with a fresh OS (Windows 11 or Linux) installed.
Do I need to remove the hard drive before sending?
No. Send the entire device. If you have already removed the drive, send just the drive.
About the Certificate
What is a Certificate of Data Destruction?
A document confirming that data on your device has been permanently destroyed. It includes the device serial number, destruction method, and date.
Is your certificate accepted for PDPA compliance?
Yes. The certificate documents the destruction method, date, and device details required for PDPA audit trails.
About Pricing
Why does it cost money if you keep the device?
The fee covers certified wiping, documentation, grading, OS installation, and the administrative process. The free device program is separate from the destruction service.
Do you offer discounts for bulk jobs?
Yes. Jobs of 50+ devices receive custom pricing. Request a quote.

Can I return a free device if it doesn't work?
