Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of data destruction, device wipe, and free device services provided by Data Destruction Thailand.

Service Scope

Data Destruction Thailand provides certified data wiping, physical destruction, and e-waste disposal services. A Certificate of Data Destruction is issued for every device processed.

Device Condition

Devices submitted for destruction do not need to be in working condition. Devices submitted for wipe-and-return must be in functional condition. If a device submitted for wipe-and-return is found to be non-functional, you will be contacted before proceeding.

Certificate Validity

Certificates of Data Destruction are issued per device and include the serial number, destruction method, and date. Certificates are valid documentation for PDPA compliance audits.

Free Devices

Free refurbished devices are provided as-is based on the grading system published on the devices page. No returns are accepted. Reservations are held for 48 hours and expire automatically if unconfirmed.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. Bulk jobs may require a deposit. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Liability

Data Destruction Thailand is not liable for any undisclosed data or pre-existing conditions on submitted devices beyond the scope of the agreed service.
